When I got sick I lost the thirty pounds I had gained in college and I was happy with my weight, but I also wasn't eating at all and slept 20/24 hours of the day. So since then I've gained about 15 of it back, and while I know this isn't a lot it's still hard for me.
So, today I took the first step and I joined the YMCA. I didn't actually work out or anything, because I went straight from work. But, I have the membership (which is free with my work might I add.)
I plan on going for the first time tomorrow before I go babysit my cousins.
I can't wait to make this life change.
